By using Vahaya, you acknowledge that:

Location data is collected during active tracking sessions
Trip and operational data are stored temporarily for service functionality
Data is processed to provide fleet tracking and dispatch services

We strive to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee:

Continuous, uninterrupted access
Error-free performance

Perform maintenance that temporarily limits access

5. Acceptable Use
